Currently, Mark is the founder of the Highlands County Homeschool Co-Op, an informal and organic gathering of homeschool parents and families, with the emphasis on science, art, music, finance, and the outdoors.
* In addition to education, Mark has made real estate and real estate investing an important cog in the career wheel. He has helped many families and investors achieve their dream of owning Central Florida real estate. Sensei Mark Anthony Davis, Black Belt 6th Dan, is dedicated to fitness, wellness, nutrition, and martial arts. From an extensive background in both traditional Tae Kwon Do and Jeet Kune Do, to health and wellness coaching, to resistance and weight training, Sensei Mark is fully committed to his Dojo in Avon Park, his Highlands County Homeschooling Cooperative, and his service with the American Red Cross.
His martial arts studio, the American Tiger Dojo, is a traditional space for karate training, focused on building character, discipline, and stamina. Mark Anthony Davis, stage name Tony Davis, is an accomplished opera Supernumerary, with 20 years performing onstage with some of opera’s best sopranos and tenors. He has performed as many characters, and in many roles…..from the Executioner Pu Tin Pao in Turandot, to the Dragon in The Magic Flute, to Naaman, who beheads John the Baptist in Salome.
Tony Davis has also performed in the Florida Renaissance Festival, and is a graduate of Stunts, Incorporated, a stunt school in Sterling, Connecticut. His opera, theater, and stunt school training have given him the experience, confidence, and stage presence to perform at the highest levels.
Tony is currently a Bass-Baritone.
